The year i opened the school was the darkest time for aids. One out of four people had aids in the country at the time. And what's interesting is all those girls who experienced that went through some form of abandonment one way r another. After my mam died i was four. You can't make sense of it. So the only way for me to makesense of it was, i must be bad. My mother must have laughed with my baby sister because i'm bad, and there's something wrong with me. Death of a parent at aged four verse seven is very different develop mentally.
