How Many Hours Per Week Did You Consistently Do?
How many hours per week were you consistently doing at that time? Yeah I think consistency in progressive overload so everything would just build slowly on each other other sessions would especially going into the season probably in two or three blocked building up with maybe a rest or a race in there and building back up. The hours I actually didn't really record a massive amount of my training at the time so yeah literally wouldn't run with a watch or ride with a bike computer but when I did record it it was very very much back at the flag packet.
