There's a new target for governments aiming to cut emissions 60% by 2035 compared to 2019 levels. But even if we were to achieve a 35% reduction or 40% reduction by 2035, it would still be a huge step. Many people are going to look at this as you know another climate doomer type report. We have the tools to do that in terms of technology. What's lacking is political will and money.
