How Do You Work With Your Team to Set Objectives?
Gidhub has three teams, technically theire sort of underneath us. But i don't think i've ever seen those teams be kind of oppositiona to each other at all. I feel like i would be the first one to jump in and try and smooth things over and have people get on - but it's not something i've actually seen myself. We tend to have a fairly open discussion, sometimes in meetings, sometimes an goggle docks,. Sometimes on pull requests, on markd down files. And then obviously there's the sort of debate about numbers as well.
