How to Grow Fully Functioning Brains?

In 2015, Pascatile reported the first neurons in culture to show electrical activity and film sign-apses between them. In a study, 500,000 human brain organoids were grown and transplanted into the somatosensory cortex of newborn rats. They did MRI scans throughout the course of the rat's life and they showed that the human tissue multiplied and grew about to the size of a normal human neuron. And most importantly, they started to receive blood supply from the rat cells, which is probably why they could grow bigger. But one of the downsides of not being able to make these kind of go a bit further is that we can't look at later developmental stages or adult brains
