Do You Need Expertse in Creating Environments for Yourself?

i think a lot of us forget as an adult, you're still a novice learner. Someone that's nine years old and has been playing for five years isn't a novice. They have five years of experience, but they're nine. So the pedagogy doesn't ply to the adult, but a lot of the principles should apply to the adult as a novice learners. Most people in pk m are adult learners who haven't been taught how to create environments for themselves as self directed learners. And there aren't coaches and educators around to teach you about p k m because a lot of them are business creators doing their own.
