The more you do it, the easier and more natural it is for you to experience this emotion. So each day i would ask myself, i would identify oca want to feel feelings ofo o of peace, or of love, or of jo or of gratitude, or of happiness. And then i would think, when was the last time i felt that? Or what what circumstance? Or what person or people, what brings that about? For me, like, i want to feel grateful. I think of my kids, and i smile, and i immediately feel grateful.
