Before story brand, you had a system of discovering personas and really digging into who the customer was before you did a design. It's a very simple process that gives you key language to be able to then draw from when you're creating logo,. And one of the things you're talking about here is that success and failure buckets, which is huge. You're also kind of alluding to this whole idea of aspirational identity. Who does the customer want to see themselves as? How do they currently see themselves, and where do they want to be? The simplicity of this process is where the power lies.
