Treating people as you think they want to be treated is key. A manager who's trying to force her team to do things in their way won't get much out of them if she tailors i to that person and where their strength and capabilities lie. That's a great example of self self awareness. And again, it comes that that's self awareness and having that lens of realizing just because i think this way, doesn't necessarily mean that other people think this way.
