Do You Have a Unique Selling Proposition?
If you haven't really identified what the core problem is in your market, one of the things I wrote down here is you should be hosting monthly events in your office at a minimum. And if not monthly, do them weekly. We're doing them weekly. There's a lot of conversations happening. It's a multi layer problem solver. You're going to become that clip machine. So start getting people into your space to have that conversation around. What's the problem we're trying to solve here in X community? What’s the problem for the agents and what can we do to help better serve them? That's the essence of a unique selling proposition.
