The Barrister Asks the Question Again. And It's Not Answered.

Barrister's, particularly less experienced barristers, tend to fa very closed questions. And they usually want to do that because neither yes nor no is really a proper answer. So answering the questions you've asked doesn't mean surrendering to unfair questions. If you if you're being to give answers which are going to mislead the tribunal, then it's in part your job to insure they're not misled. But the way to deal with it is by signalling to your own lawyer that there's more to say.
