All data comes really in two different forms, quantitative data and qualitative data. I like to look at customer support as kind of like the front lines where I learn about things that are not working well on the site. You're also learning from customer support that things aren't working from promotions. There's a lot of different places where we get data and there's a lots of different ways that we can analyze it.
