Is God Passable?

Everything in our experience undergoes change or is capable of receiving the actions of another. The Bible presents God as experiencing things in a way similar to how creatures experience them, although on a higher level. And then there's also the Trinitarian angle as well, in terms of the kenosis of the father pouring himself out in the the generation of the sun and the sons in Balthazar speaks of the Trinitarian processions.
