Adobe's New 18-Story Tower in San Jose

Adobe is opening a brand new 18-story tower in San Jose today with room for thousands of new staff as the rest of the sector simply cuts back on both jobs and real estate. I spoke exclusively with Adobe's chief people officer, Gloria Chen, inside what they've dubbed the founder's tower. The space that we've designed here is not your traditional office space of desks and cubicles. We have created over 400 different kinds of working environments under one roof.
