The biggest challenge for us i think is we are trying our very best to hire locally only because we have not been particularly effective at managing remote work very well so working in person is kind of a requirement. The people that apply are quite clearly into it and often it's like i've still got a job but i was just like on reddit and saw that we posted on r slash rust or like rust who's hiring or whatever and i was like you know i could go and get a job writing rust instead of whatever i'm currently doing which is awesome.
