How a PM Role Varies by Environments

The types of functions that you work with are clearly quite different from where you might be working in a media company. So, I think it's very important for PMs to be aware when they're taking new PM jobs of what functions it is they want to be working with. How well funded is this product? You know, how much resourcing has the team that you're going to be working on willing to actually put behind that product? And then finally, just very concretely, who are the top three stakeholders for the success of your project?
