Can You Use Applicatives in English?

English doesn't really have applicatives. If we did, then we might find some strategy or not. We could just like, you know, like some languages with applicatives, you just cannot add the original object back. Just like many languages with a passive, you can't add the agent back into the sentence. So again, that can start to happen once you've had applicatives as well. Um, what I'm understanding though, is that you don't necessarily need these specific categories. Or you can have one or two specific categories and then a dump applicative. That's nice. Nice to this construction. Yeah.
