Content marketing is chaos, y'all. There's always a level of chaos that is happening and it is because things can fall through and fall apart at the last minute for a million different reasons. One of the really big ones is legal. And you just have to be prepared for that. Another reason why the planning part, very important. Always plan ahead as far ahead as you can. So it's looping teams in earlier. The other thing I've found has benefited me the most in my content marketing career is being nice. It is building trust.
