There's a message in my heart right now, but we have a physical body. And sometimes we can get so caught up trying to be the body or be the minds that we lose track of really who we are. I would challenge you to do like a stillness practice for five days. If you focus on that gap and then you breathe out for three, one, two, three, hold that gap in between those breaths is like your consciousness. Mm.
