Each day you take a few minutes and write down one story that happened to you that day. The best storytellers are not your better storytelling to anybody else, but they are better at capturing their ideas when they happen. You start to have these overarching themes that throughout your life. And I noticed that kind of thing so much more now that I've started that homework for life habit than I would have otherwise.
