For the first time in 48-year history of one day international world cups, West Indies will be missing from the tournament. They lost to Scotland in the super 6th stage of the tournament which basically put them out of a reckoning for the World Cup. Is it due to mismanagement of the sport or is it that the country which produced so many cricketing grades, has it stopped producing good talent?
