The Downsides of Sarcasm as a Coach
I think there's an opportunity. We can't all get five star talent but we can be five star teachers and we can maybe help those athletes to become five star learners. And another thing you talk about in the book, an area area of improvement for myself is the downsides of sarcasm as a coach. I was like a good witty repate as much as the next person but that being said, I do think that sarcasm can create spaces.
