The Communication Challenge in the United States
Trying to get support for foreign aid, which doesn't necessarily have a huge domestic constituency. Is it simply that people have a misapprehension of this sort of magnitude? They sort of exaggerate how much the United States is spending on foreign aid. Or is it that it's not linked to classic US national interests? Are there ways that we could build greater support, domestically in the U.S., and political support on Capitol Hill for this kind of spending?
