I Love the Co-Design Principle

I think sometimes in our haste to get it right we're skipping over that opportunity to collaborate and co-design yeah. inclusion like everybody wants to be included intrinsically not just diverse committees everybody does but for diverse communities it's more important than ever because it's life and death right it's livelihood. People will do something when they want to well people don't want to do anything more than stuff they create American Idol we created Kelly Clarkson so we love pride of ownership I always say cultures owned by every single person not the CEO not the head of HR it's every person  that's sort of my philosophy about a company which is have everybody everybody owns everybody leads.
