How I Met Stephen Hawking
The first time I met Stephen Hawking was when I was probably like 15 or so. And my friend Garov went up to him and said, Hey, my friend would like to talk to you. So that was a cool experience that I had. But then I later worked at Cambridge for a while,. And I ended up interacting with him a little bit more often at Cambridge. He came to a talk I gave once when I was a grad student visitor there. When he was a postdoctoral researcher, I was often kind of in the same spaces as him. We didn't ever work together or anything. But I encountered him a lot during my professional career.
