How to Pair an Interviewer
If there is a question about specific coding chops, we'll usually pay for a test project. So you know, just buy a few of their hours and give them a simple project that loosely simulate something they would really be working on. I like coding projects as a interview tool, like seeing how someone actually writes code, but not under pressure of an interview. Another thing that we've been thinking about lately is just kind of the level of signal to noise in our notifications from all the various systems.
