What Problem Do You Solve?
Thiss: We tend to create things cause we think it's cool. But the very first thing we should be understanding is, what problem do we solve? People buy for one reason. They have a problem. That's why they buy. So if we don't actually understand what their m is and understand what that problem looks like, we can never create an offer that's the right offer for them. The last two parts of it really come down to, can you clearly articulate the benefits that you're going to add to that person's life if they buy from you?, Thiss asks.
