I think you probably want to do some trial and error see if a particular pre bed meal disrupts your sleep. If it does, you might a go for something that's more digestible. And like i've said previously, if you decide to just move that pre bed meal to waig earlier and kind of a misout on that feeding opportunity immediately before sleep then you won't sacrifice much in the process.
