I've been particularly fascinated lately with the guardian spirit, guardian angel thing and also like spirit guides. You'll know it works if you can do it at will and talk with your Holy Guardian. There are a lot of steps that you can add in. It's sort of like you want to turn up the juice on this. That's a whole other conversation.
