We need to get a lot of rotation through our hips, thoracic spine and cervical spine. And we don't necessarily have it in the right places; that's why some people will wind up with back pain. If you look at a lack of hip internal rotation, it seems to be associated with low back pain and golfers. But I would argue that not having sufficient hip flexion can create problems too. The challenge that we see sometimes is how people change over the course of time.
