Is Snowden Still a Loose Cannon?

Snowden's initial leak to the Guardian really set out to prove which was the FISA courts were being described as, you know, we have to go get a wiretapping warrant. This is just like what the detectives do in a normal case, but it meets in secret because we're getting a warrant for stuff that involves confidence or classified information. What Snowden demonstrated was it wasn't being used that way at all. It was in fact being used for large scale collection of data on every phone call in the United States over a seven year period.
