The Forest Defense Is a Divisive Topic
The first injunction, they will seek when it looks like they will have enough signatures. That will hold construction until the end of the signature collecting window. If they are able to collect the number of signatures that they require, then they will seek another injunction to get injunctive relief all the way until the November 7 election. A lot of this week of action seems to be a lot quieter than past week's of action. And we expect to find information in terms of what is happening and where it's happening closer to the event time.
