The Seasonal Adjustment of the Market
The volumes absolutely are seasonal. There's fewer transactions over winter than there are in summer. But from a price perspective, it doesn't seem to be as affected. We also get the DTI debt to income data from Reserve Bank later this week for Q1. Now, I think this will take even more interest than it used to or usually would have because of the fact that we're expecting those DTI restrictions to come in next year. And then, of course, we do have the government budget, which I don't know about you, but from my perspective, it tended to be less of a story around the property market than it usually is or could be.
