You're a Team Leader

The advice to anybody is do the opposite of what we're kind of taught to do. Instead of fearing failure the opposite is embrace it seek opportunities to fail faster right get out there and try new things. Don't worry about whether or not people think you are a good leader because no one cares, just keep doing the sucky things that nobody wants to do in life.
