Is Duration a Good Thing?

I like to at least run two mesr cycles worth, ause i think one is kind of like, just kind of get in that momentum going. I three or four months seem to be a sweet spot for me personally. Soi tend to have five weeks of accumulation, one week deload. That's how i tend to go about things. But for my kind of that intermediate to advance trainin, they might find there are four to like six, maybe i cheve four to eight weeks. Even depending, like a female who's less advanced, they might be able to extend that little bit more.
