How to Get to the Root Cause of Your Stress
For some, like if you identify what that root cause might be, that sort of causing you stress or draining you of your energy. And in particular to energy and like stress that relates to your energy, getting to that root cause is sort of the key. Once you kind of unlock that, everything else is more clear. So for me, for example, I get stressed out, you know, just start thinking differently based upon my diet, my diet,. My sleep, the way I think, obviously, things we're talking about here.
