The City of King County's Tree Levy

City council member Alex Peterson has an amendment that would raise the cost to remove on your own, in your own lawn. If it was put to a vote, do you want to raise your taxes? Oh, yeah. We think about that. So there we go. Right. King County, maybe not. Yeah. I just didn't see a lot in this ordinance. There's still talking about it hoping to pass it with the full council in May. But I just didn’t see a much in there that incentivized tree planting or anything of that nature. It's very easy to say this is all the developers fault.
