How to Pay at the Turn Style in London

I was there just a couple of weeks ago and was able to go straight in just using my phone to pay at the turn style. The reason I brought that up in the first place was because this was all driven by cost saving. They needed to close ticket windows. There were going to be job reductions as part of this. Just to say that it doesn't necessarily add cost. London is actually a leader in the payment. It's fairly established design kind of steps of inviting those people to step outside of their day to day, the cliche of walking the customer's shoes. We talked them through some of these technical changes that were coming on stream and showed them.
