The Flat Bottom Diffuser - Is That Really a Thing?
In the 90s, you've now got naturally aspirated engines. And then it's the flat bottom. And then this is what brought in 2D, 2D of the fuses. But nobody's really trying to do a blown diffuser as such. Like, I think there's Benaton in 95 who really tried to do it properly for the first time and started exploring the possibility of curing this when the drivers get off the throttle. It seems like that they settled on ditching all of the clever engine mapping and trying to do clever stuff.
