Bip 47 V1
A group of core developers in the BIP 47 V1 said that they don't think it should be implemented. The main two arguments are that notification transaction is an inefficient use of block space and Mystery Shopper Attack. If you want to implement this in a safe way, you need to have a full suite of tools such as coin control with labeling where people can actually choose which UTXOs they spend or keep track of them.
