O.J. Simpson was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the death of Nicole Goldman and her ex-boyfriend, Ron Goldman. Dateline's Bob Costas tried to convince him several times that he wasn't guilty. District attorney Gilgar City would soon make a crucial decision that would alter the course of this case long before it ever went to trial. He decided to move the case from Santa Monica to downtown L.A., where jurors were more likely to be black.
