You shouldn't judge the efficacy of your brand advertising using the same metrics as your performance marketing. The job of a brain video is not to drive clicks, another metric you may want to consider is percentage of video viewed. So develop the right metrics that tie to the specific objectives of where you are in the funnel. Hack the fuk out of it.
