The Role of the Minority in Sushi

I wonder if also there's a part of it that's this kind of like cultural identity and how strong that is tied to each group. I do think, you know, us living in the Bay area and also having lived in so Cal for a while, like there's a lot of really, really authentic Asian places. So I just feel like we've probably witnessed a little bit less whitewashing of our own cultures versus like other cultures. Yeah, for sure.
