Do You Know How to Go Back to the Mind?
Nellock: One of the temptations is to go back to their thinking mind. When we're doing effortless mindfulness, we'll open to this spacious awareness. And then maybe a part of us will say, you know, danger. Rule number 22 says, don't go out of your mind. Nellock: It's one of the best ways to work with people who have complex drama. The not wis people who can barely sit and meditate for a minute when they're introduced to this sense of no self are able to heal.
