Introduction
The House and Senate have agreed to increase the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act by 45 billion more than President Biden requested. Other details of the bill are still being finalized, but they're looking to get this on the floor of the House as soon as next week for a vote. If it's passed by the House, then the Senate and then it will be signed by President Biden into law.
