The Ethics of User Experience

As a user experience guy, there's so many things I could have done. Of all the banks that got sued for payment protection insurance, the one I worked for didn't. As far as I'm concerned with this stuff, as long as you feel ethically comfortable in doing it, then do it. If you don't, or you're not sure, then don't bloody do it. You're probably doing something wrong if you feel it's a bit wrong.
