Sleep Intervention Can Really Help You Sleep Better?

The study found that sleep improved in some people by between 12 and 20%. The researchers say the size of the effect means it will be noticeable to people. It's amazing, when we look at a 20 % improvement in the pittsburg sleep quality and x, what is that equivalent to? What might that reflect? That's a very good question. And it's often very difficult to relate these sort of real world equivalents. Just from my scientific and statistical experience, it's going to be noticeable. This is fairly large effect. But i can't put an absolute equivalence on what it means because, of couse, it means different things to different people too.
