By default, pandis displayes a few rows from the top and the bottom of a data frame. But sometimes, when youare like filtering, the ros of your filtering only come from the middle of the data frame, which are hidden by default. So one thing we're doing with this tool is, whenever we draw an arrow, we make sure that the ros an the left are visible to the user.
