How Many Interviews Have You Had?

I would say no more than four or five, certainly. And then the follow up to that is like, what is the information that has been gleaned interview after interview that could not be achieved in one meeting or two meetings? I mean, this is a legitimate question. There shouldn't be a required consensus of eight independent stakeholders to go forward on a hire. It's purely just because their interests are prime and they're just willing to go, you know what? We got to do what we got to do and screw everybody else. A lot of times I see it. Why don't employers think more about the efficiency for the employees?
