Blockchain and the Community Consensus

The system would allow employers to lodge complaints about employees. There'd be competing databases and whatever, so if some of the past employers making stuff up, the employee can correct it and get taken off there. Most people would get back in line for a job because he eventually would have to go talk to a judge or see what the verdict was. That's not a violation of property rights. That guy's not owed a job. It wouldn't be well-behaved but most people would get behind it.
